Depending on your requirements, we can manage individual segments or the complete process of a limited number of parts or for the entire service parts spectrum at a local, regional or global level.
The activities can be conducted under PMK’s name or we remains anonymous to all your stakeholders in that we integrate ourselves into your organization as the service parts provider. In regards to inventory ownership, you can choose to remain as owner throughout the entire process, or we can agree on an inventory transfer to PMK, thereby freeing up working capital for your company.
As per a licensing agreement, PMK can also take over your service parts sales and marketing activities as well as client service representation.
